    I'm worried because it's my first time...

    An overwhelming number of our customers are first-timers! We understand your worries and concerns, but rest assured because we provide thorough explanations before we head to the point!!

    Can minors participate without a guardian?

    As long as you are of junior high school age and older, you can participate; however, we require a consent form signed by a guardian.

    Is there an age limit?

    Age limitations vary by course/tour, so please check the details for the course you wish to participate in. Also, for those with a history of medical illness and who are receiving treatment, we may require a written consent from your physician, or depending on the course, you may not be able to participate.     I'm presently pregnant. Can I participate?

    We're sorry, but for your safety and for your child's safety, we can't offer our services.

    To participate in any of the courses, when do I reserve by?

    If there are openings, we accept reservations on the day of the scheduled activity.
    During the peak season, spots often fill up to capacity, so once you've decided on a date, we recommend you make your reservations early.

    Is there a cancellation fee?

    There is a 100% cancellation charge if cancelled after 17:30 the day before your reserved activity.
    *There will be no cancellation charge if the activity was cancelled due to adverse sea conditions.

    Is there a package plan offering photographs?

    We're sorry, we presently do not offer package plans with photos. We offer rental cameras for ¥2,500/camera (including an SD card) and after your activity, we give you the SD card.

    I wear contact lenses/eye glasses...

    We have underwater goggles with prescription lenses on rental for free. The number of these goggles are limited, so please inquire when making your reservations. It's possible to participate wearing your contact lenses, but there is a possibility that you may lose them during the activity. To prevent loss, we recommend using the goggles with the prescription lenses.

    What is the age requirement for children to participate? Is there an age limit to participate?

    We offer activities for children aged 3 and older. We have hydroscopes and swimming rings so they can enjoy observing the marine life too!
    We also offer activities for customers up to age 65 and age 75. Please Check the Menu/Rates page for details.

    I can't swim. Can I still participate?

    For safety reasons, we require all participants in all of our activities to wear life jackets. These life jackets ensure that you remain afloat on the water, so even if you can't swim, you can participate in the activities worry-free.
